Founded in 1950, the International Science and Engineering Fair is a program of Society for Science & the Public.

Each year over 1,800 high school students from more than 75 countries, regions, and territories are awarded the opportunity to showcase their independent research and compete for on average $4 million in prizes.

Today we are delighted to announce the team selected for ISEF 2020 has now been given the chance to represent Australia at the Virtual Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair 2020 (ISEF) from May 18 through May 22. The new 2020 format provides everyone with the unique opportunity to join the students at ISEF this year.

Our impressive team this year includes Nyheemah Cox, Tsz Yee (Phoebe) Pang, Gokulraj Kuppusamy and Ethan Tjhin, Angela Rofail and Edward Garth.

This virtual experience will include a mix of live and pre-recorded content, virtual project rooms and interactive sessions with a live Q&A. The line-up of speakers includes Nobel Laureates, MacArthur Fellows and impressive ISEF alumni on topics ranging from COVID-19 to Entrepreneurship to Women in STEM.

We encourage you to visit the virtual rooms that our finalists will be in, to see their work and that of their global peers.

To register for this free event head to https://isef.6connex.com/event/virtual/login To show the organisers you are there to support the BHPFSEA finalists you can provide our Society affiliated science fair ID of AUS003 (optional).
